As for my Brainbench Master Certification in Written English, the situation is similar - with a score of 4.13 I am one of two persons in the Republic of Serbia in possession of this certification, and one of a few in entire Balkans (Note: A person receives Brainbench Master Certification if he/she scores higher than 4.00).
